Financial Manager at Network Recruitment

Duties:
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee the general ledger, prepare management accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Group Consolidations & Currency Expertise: Lead consolidation processes and manage foreign currency transactions.
- Asset & Payables Oversight: Administer fixed asset accounting and supervise accounts payable.
- Treasury & Risk Management: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and insurance portfolios to optimize working capital.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and ensure timely audit completion.
- Leadership & Influence: Drive financial strategy, lead teams, and promote continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
- ACMA qualification is essential.
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience, including 3 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Thorough understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
