About the Role:
Cre8work is looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Fleet Administrator to oversee and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless fleet management, compliance, and cost efficiency while supporting the company’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate fleet records, including registration, licensing, and insurance.
- Schedule and oversee routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Monitor and analyze vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage tracking.
- Manage vehicle allocation, driver assignments, and route planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
- Handle accident reports, claims, and incident documentation.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective fleet operations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly fleet performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Fleet Administrator or in a similar leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills); experience with fleet management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- In-depth knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- Diploma or certification in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field (advantageous).
