Head: Portfolio Management – Six Sense Consulting
Six Sense Consulting is seeking a dynamic Head: Portfolio Management to lead the formulation and execution of integrated portfolio strategies. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder-centric growth, optimize profitability across agent portfolios, and establish high-impact strategic partnerships with key entities such as the Government Security Cluster, SAIA, FIA, and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Risk Management, or a related field
- AIISA or equivalent insurance qualification (advantageous)
- Postgraduate qualification in Insurance, Strategy, Public Policy, or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in short-term insurance or financial services, with at least 5 years in middle management
- Proven expertise in strategic partnership management and public sector engagements
- Track record of managing diverse distribution channels and leading high-performing teams
- Strong financial and operational oversight experience
