Job Description: Consultant – Client Relations
Purpose
The Consultant – Client Relations at Kaelo is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, fostering long-term business partnerships, and driving growth through strategic engagement. This role ensures client retention, brand loyalty, and collaborates with sales and operational teams to continuously enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client reviews and needs-based assessments to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote product awareness and ensure knowledge sharing across client organizations.
- Address client concerns through root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage a client portfolio in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and execute retention and growth strategies.
- Enhance client communication and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate CRM effectiveness for each client.
- Analyze reports and recommend new business opportunities aligned with company offerings.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely service administration.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships across the client portfolio.
- Plan, execute, and assess the success of client events within budget.
- Document meetings and provide client feedback within agreed timeframes.
- Propose and implement initiatives to improve client business efficiency and Kaelo’s service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of corporate client servicing experience.
- Background in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in facilitation, presentations, service, and sales.
- Proven track record in event and knowledge management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant education or training in client relations or business management.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric).
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Strong report-writing and process management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and professional presentations.
