What You’ll Do:
As an Outbound Sales Rep, you will:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our premium offerings.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches with enthusiasm and persuasion.
- Master objection handling to convert rejections into sales.
- Generate new business using qualified leads provided by the company.
- Drive record-breaking sales performance by implementing innovative strategies.

Requirements:
- Matric Certificate (mandatory—no exceptions).
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- 1+ year Call Centre Sales experience (non-negotiable).
- Clean criminal record (background checks apply).
- Previous sales achievements (advantageous).
- RE5 qualification (required only if you have 2+ years in financial services under FAIS Act).
Compensation & Benefits:
- R5,000 – R9,000 basic salary (performance-based).
- Uncapped commission + lucrative incentives.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 (structured hours).
