Introduction
A leading company in the financial sector is looking for an Office Portfolio Administrator Manager to join their team in Olympus, Pretoria East.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Executive Client Portfolio Administrators in an office environment with executive duties.
  • Understand, execute, and manage intermediary services as defined by the FAIS Act.
  • Receive and execute tasks and instructions via email, electronic voice, and telephone.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence, including typing, data capturing, and CRM management.
  • Maintain client relationships through email, telephone, and other communication channels.
  • Liaise with service providers and manage the execution of their instructions.
  • Record and execute minutes during meetings, conference calls, or client consultations.
  • Review and maintain ongoing instructions and client portfolios.
  • Foster a professional office environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric qualification.
  • A relevant bachelor’s qualification.
  • Understanding of economics, financial markets, income tax, and accounting.
  • Knowledge of insurance and investment administration and regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar management role.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office), familiarity with CRM systems, and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written).
  • Driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

Package & Remuneration
