Executive Client Portfolio Administrator – People Dimension
Introduction
People Dimension, a leading company in the financial sector, is seeking an Executive Client Portfolio Administrator to join our team in Pretoria East.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Financial Planners through client portfolio and executive administration.
- Understand and manage intermediary services in compliance with the FAIS Act.
- Receive and execute tasks via email, phone, and electronic communication.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Foster client relationships through professional communication (email, phone, etc.).
- Liaise with service providers and manage instruction execution.
- Document meeting minutes for consultations, calls, and meetings.
- Monitor and update client portfolios and ongoing instructions.
- Uphold a professional office environment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric qualification (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or Matric with Mathematics/Commercial subjects (Accounting, Economics, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of economics, financial markets, tax, and accounting.
- Experience in insurance/investment administration and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and strong typing accuracy.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Package & Remuneration
R15,000 CTC per month (salary commensurate with experience).
