Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in management accounting, financial analysis, and business partnering to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business units to monitor financial performance and optimise cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial reporting standards.
- Support strategic projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- BCom in Accounting or Finance (CIMA qualification is advantageous).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems is beneficial.
