Job Description:
Six Sense Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Complaints Resolution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for logging, investigating, and resolving client complaints in alignment with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently log and track all client complaints.
- Conduct thorough investigations to resolve complaints promptly.
- Respond to clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure resolution.
Essential Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas or National 1st Degrees
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in complaints handling, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Short-Term Insurance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized and self-managed individual.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
- Agile and flexible with quick response times to client queries.
