Short-Term Outbound Tele-sales Consultant – ABC Worldwide

What will you do?
- Conduct outbound tele-sales to promote and sell financial products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Follow quality and compliance processes to minimize business risk.
- Maintain operational efficiency and productivity benchmarks.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and industry trends.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on product changes, industry regulations, and training updates.
- Ensure compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
Qualification & experience
- Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4 qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales (telesales or face-to-face with targets).
- Financial services experience is a plus.
- RE5 certification.
- 150 FAIS Credits (Full Insurance Qualification).
Knowledge and skills
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations.
- Proven outbound sales experience.
- Fluent in English and one other South African official language.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.

- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
