About the Program:
The Area Growth Manager is responsible for expanding the Flash footprint across assigned sales channels, driving device adoption, increasing turnover, and strengthening long-term trader and stakeholder relationships within the region.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Grow the Flash footprint across all assigned sales channels within the area.
- Drive growth of Flash device sales in the market to increase regional turnover.
- Increase overall turnover across all devices and payment channels in line with departmental strategy and targets.
- Expand the acquiring base and turnover by maintaining high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices.
- Deliver in-store training on all Flash products during every store visit.
- Build and manage strong relationships while maintaining at least 90% Red Flag completed calls within the sector to reduce churn.
- Support and manage the kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures.
- Maintain strong relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region.
- Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
- Fully computer literate with working knowledge of Teams and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
