Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• COMPTIA A+ Certified (Essentials and Core).
• Valid Driver’s License (N advantageous).
• Proven selling skills and ability to close sales.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to network effectively internally and externally.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
• Stress and conflict management capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of IT hardware components and repairs.
• Experience with software installations.
• Networking systems knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency.
• Understanding of Incredible Connection and Pepkor Lifestyle policies, practices, processes, and systems.
• Knowledge of IC company vision, objectives, branch structure, and networks.
• Thorough understanding of relevant processes and work systems.
• Target-driven with strong self-management skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to personal development.
• Customer-centric mindset and personal resilience.
