HEAD OF ENGINEERING

Sea Harvest is seeking a strategic and results-driven HEAD OF ENGINEERING to lead and manage the Asset Care function for land-based operations. This role is responsible for driving the implementation of operational engineering plans that ensure all assets are compliant, fully available, and performing at required standards to support the organisation’s efficiency, productivity, and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Asset Care function for land-based operations
• Develop and implement engineering and maintenance operational plans
• Ensure all assets comply with statutory, safety, and operational standards
• Maximise asset availability, reliability, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Optimise maintenance strategies to support cost control and profitability
• Provide strategic engineering leadership aligned with business objectives
• Ensure effective collaboration across operations and support functions
