Role Purpose
Manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional client service while driving the achievement of sales targets for the Metropolitan Channel.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
- RE5 certification
- FAIS Representative legislative qualification
- Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferred)
Experience:
- 3-5 years in the financial services industry
- At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing financial advice
- Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong computer literacy
