Role Purpose
The Investment Distribution Support Administrator provides efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery to Financial Advisers and stakeholders within agreed service levels and compliance requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree (NQF 7) or business-related qualifications

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of office administration experience in financial services
  • Experience in the MDS Sales environment is advantageous
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Windows, etc.)

Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Processes: Sales and Service Experience

  • Understand end-to-end processes and systems across product lines
  • Challenge inefficient processes to improve ease of business
  • Ensure compliance adherence and mitigate non-compliance risks
  • Handle quote fulfillment, tracking, and professional presentation of supporting documents
  • Oversee the end-to-end new business process with minimal delays
  • Process application forms promptly and engage with Financial Advisers for seamless processing
  • Maintain accurate records on Activity Manager and log engagements timeously
  • Monitor system progress to ensure correct document submission
  • Manage pipeline to drive business issuance and provide regular updates to Business Consultants
  • Support Consultants with reports, marketing calls, and training initiatives
  • Guide Financial Advisers on digital tools (Power BI, Campaign Master, etc.)
  • Assist other branches nationally for business continuity
  • Identify and report system improvements for better client experience

  • Fulfill service level agreements to manage client expectations
  • Recommend service improvements to enhance client satisfaction
