Join our team as a Senior Administrator Sales with a focus on supporting Independent Financial Advisors. This mid-career role requires 4-6 years of experience in the Financial Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate databases and track critical data.
- Collate weekly and monthly Sales Reports from District Offices.
- Send reminders regarding deadlines and follow up daily on outstanding documents.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, communication, and recording minutes of weekly sales meetings.
- Assist with queries from District Branch Managers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or similar qualification (essential).
- Administration qualification or relevant experience (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (required).
- Additional languages (advantageous).
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Industry (Long Term/Funeral Insurance preferred).
- Strong administration and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook).
