Job Description
The Human Capital department seeks a proactive intern to support the HR team with daily operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have a passion for people and service excellence.
This 12-month internship provides valuable work experience for unemployed graduates. Successful applicants will receive a stipend under a fixed-term Internship Agreement (not an employment contract).

Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent.
- Completed Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law, LLB, or related fields.
Eligibility for INSETA Internship Program:
- South African citizen.
- No prior INSETA internship/learnership participation.
- Aged 18–35.
- Unemployed for the past two months.
