Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and effective selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss controls to minimize shrinkage in-store.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to maximize sales and drive store turnover.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
- Create an inspiring and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
