You’ll represent Red Bull by driving brand awareness, engaging university students, and boosting product trial across campuses and local hotspots. RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a Product and Brand Ambassador
- Live and embody Red Bull’s personality and values, representing the brand with energy and authenticity.
- Grow awareness by sampling Red Bull at high-traffic campus locations, answering questions, and sparking consumer interest.
- Develop and execute bold campus marketing plans to connect with students and bring the brand to life.
- Build a strong network by forming relationships with key local influencers and groups.
- Amplify Red Bull’s presence through engaging, authentic content on your social media channels.
- Support unforgettable brand experiences at Red Bull events and sponsored activations.
Be a Sales Expert
- Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in stores.
- Help open new distribution points on and around campus.
- Use Red Bull’s assets and campaigns to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
- Maintain high standards in store executions and merchandising.
Deliver Executional Excellence
- Prioritize precision and creativity in every task.
- Share ideas and work closely with the team, both in person and online.
- Plan and report activities efficiently via Red Bull’s digital platform.
- Spot local trends and opportunities to enhance brand growth.
EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate has:
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- A charismatic, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Deep immersion in student life, including knowledge of campus and city hotspots.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to balance Part-Time work with studies (evenings/weekends as needed).
- Passion for marketing, sales, and brand storytelling.
- Strong connections with student groups and influencers.
- Enthusiasm for Red Bull’s brand and products.
- Driver’s license (preferred).
- Event or project management experience is a plus.
