Job Purpose
To deliver efficient and effective HR support to Meat Market branches and regional management within the assigned division, ensuring optimal workforce performance and compliance.

- Enforce sound industrial relations practices across the region.
- Maintain and elevate staff competency levels.

Qualifications
Essential
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Labour Legislation, or a related field.
Experience
Essential
- Generalist HR background.
- Extensive IR/CCMA experience.
- HR experience within a Shoprite store.
Desirable
- HR experience in a retail environment.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- CCMA/Industrial Relations expertise.
- Strong understanding of Labour Legislation.
- Training and development proficiency.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Personnel administration competence.
