Purpose of Position:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, cost control, risk and stock loss mitigation, administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through excellent customer service, maintaining store image, stock management, and effective promotional execution.
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security measures, stock handling, and cash procedures.
- Manage costs efficiently in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
- Lead and develop a dynamic team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain high health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business/retail) is advantageous.
- 1–2 years of retail experience in a leadership role.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft or Google GSuite preferred).
