About the Program:
As a Wellness Assistant, you will provide exceptional service by offering knowledgeable advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplements. Your role is to enhance customer experience, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Objectives:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through in-store visibility and proactive support based on health and supplement knowledge.
• Consult with customers and provide advice on healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products.
• Drive healthcare sales by promoting a wide range of brands, using cross-selling and up-selling techniques to increase profitability.
• Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management principles and procedures.
• Minimise wastage through adherence to stock rotation practices.
• Prevent stock losses by complying with risk management policies.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Implement product merchandising according to guidelines and store procedures.
• Follow all store standard operating procedures.
• Maintain continuity of service by developing product knowledge and sharing information with relief staff.

Knowledge:

• Essential: Basic knowledge of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management
• Desirable: Basic health, fitness, and supplement product knowledge
