Flysafair careers – Temporary Sourcing Specialist (JHB)

Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified professionals for future hiring needs.
Conduct industry research to provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Engage with candidates through outreach, initial screenings, and suitability assessments for open roles.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates to support current and future recruitment needs.
Assist in the reference verification process.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements.
Provide insights into talent availability and recommend sourcing strategies.

Job Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Advantageous).
3–5 years of recruitment experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, preferably within an internal recruitment process (Essential).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in candidate sourcing.
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines (Essential).
Experience using Application Tracking Systems (Advantageous).
Understanding of HRM practices and procedures (Advantageous).
Familiarity with relevant labor legislation (BCEA, EEA, SDA, Codes of Good Practice) (Advantageous).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze market data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
