About the Program
FlySafair Careers is seeking Temporary Customer Service Agents to provide exceptional service to passengers, assist with bookings, and manage customer enquiries during flight disruptions. This role ensures a professional, efficient, and customer-focused experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, explaining rules, terms, regulations, and procedures as required
  • Support customers during flight disruptions and cancellations
  • Handle and safeguard confidential information while addressing complaints professionally and promptly
  • Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on duty
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
  • Airport and ticket sales experience (Essential)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of excellent customer service practices
  • Excellent written and verbal command of English, including proper phone etiquette
  • Conflict resolution skills
