Overview
PepsiCo is seeking an Associate Director to lead Supply Chain MOVE Productivity across EMEA. In this strategic role, you will define and execute long- and short-term initiatives that drive operational excellence, reduce end-to-end waste, and enable best-in-class capability programs. Partnering with regional and local leaders, you will implement digital tools, multi-year development roadmaps, and large-scale transformation projects to future-proof the supply chain. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader passionate about strategic impact, cross-cultural collaboration, and scaling operations at a regional level.
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver MOVE productivity initiatives across EMEA in alignment with productivity and E2E waste improvement plans.
- Define long-term and short-term productivity programs in coordination with Business Unit P&P and Supply Chain leads.
- Support operational units in rolling out best practices and strategic projects to enhance Supply Chain performance.
- Co-own the overall EMEA MOVE productivity plan with OU/MU SC Move, P&P, and finance leads.
- Develop and manage productivity AOP and 3-year strategic plans with full alignment across Supply Chain functions.
- Identify scalable programs and initiatives that can be implemented across multiple markets.
- Facilitate digital transformation by supporting tool and system adoption within Supply Chain teams.
- Provide leadership in end-to-end Supply Chain performance, including cost, waste, service, and productivity levers.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance within large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to design replicable productivity programs.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in Supply Chain.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and delivering long- and short-term productivity programs.
- Deep understanding of MOVE productivity levers and end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Experience leading large-scale functional transformation programs across multiple markets.
- Ability to develop business cases and drive rapid implementation of initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach and a passion for developing talent.
