PURPOSE OF POSITION
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales by focusing on customer service, store image upkeep, stock management, and promotional execution.
- Minimize stock loss through a strong store culture and strict adherence to security measures, stock handling, and cash procedures.
- Manage costs efficiently in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure all administrative duties comply with company guidelines.
- Lead and develop a dynamic team, overseeing training, coaching, and performance.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean store environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in English.
- A degree/diploma in a business or retail-related field is advantageous.
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience is ideal.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office/G-Suite is a plus).
