PURPOSE OF POSITION
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs, drive sales, control costs, mitigate risks and stock loss, ensure efficient administration, and maintain world-class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase sales through exceptional customer service, store image maintenance, stock management, and promotional execution.
- Minimise stock loss by fostering a secure store culture and adhering to cash and stock handling procedures.
- Manage costs effectively in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
- Ensure all store administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
- Lead, train, coach, and manage the performance of a dynamic team.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficient in English.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (degree/diploma in business/retail is advantageous).
- 1-2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Computer literate (Microsoft/Google GSuite skills are beneficial).
