DHL Vacancies – Stellar Data Graduate

Role Overview
As a Stellar Data Graduate on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will play a key role in supporting the Regional Data Transformation Team and Business Intelligence Manager. You’ll work closely with In-Country Data Transformation Leads, assisting in the local deployment of the STELLAR CRM and ensuring data readiness across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Country Data Transformation Leads in delivering the STELLAR CRM rollout by providing necessary resources and guidance.
• Track and report on data readiness progress to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality for pre-deployment.
• Assess each country’s data quality to determine readiness for STELLAR deployment.
• Collaborate with local counterparts across Sub-Saharan Africa in coordinating and validating data transformation activities within the DHL toolset.
• Offer training and guidance in using data cleansing dashboards, data enrichment tools, MS Excel/Access, and Power BI, as required.
• Share best practices and insights with global teams and regional counterparts to streamline data transformation activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data transformation and integration.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
