Introduction

A vacancy exists for a Site Manager based in Robertville, reporting to the Area Manager. The role is responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while delivering professional, efficient, and high-quality service to clients. This position requires strong leadership in security management, estate and retail oversight, and operational coordination.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
  • Minimum 3 years’ logistics and warehouse experience
  • At least 10 years’ management experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ security management experience
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
  • Clear criminal record
  • Experience in estate and retail management

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously evaluate risks and threats, providing recommendations to clients
  • Ensure all contractual requirements are consistently met
  • Maintain professional client relations and high-quality security service delivery
  • Manage and oversee the response and investigation of serious incidents, including theft, armed robbery, vehicle theft, and break-ins
  • Liaise daily with operations management on operational matters
  • Submit timely weekly and monthly incident and operational reports to management and clients
  • Support operations management and clients during special events, ad hoc requests, and investigations
  • Manage daily administrative duties efficiently
  • Ensure all shifts are adequately covered each day
