Job Objectives

• Execute all point-of-sale activities efficiently and accurately in line with operational standards.

• Ensure precise scanning of merchandise and correct processing of payments, including the application of ClubCard rewards.

• Handle cash responsibly and in accordance with company cash control procedures.

• Actively promote the Clicks ClubCard and register new members to achieve participation targets.

• Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales and enhance value perception.

• Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a brand ambassador and providing a friendly, professional in-store experience.

• Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping in line with store and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

• Support the Group’s vision of being the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living the company values.

Knowledge
