Job Objectives

Execute all point-of-sale activities efficiently and accurately in line with operational standards.

Ensure precise scanning of merchandise and correct processing of payments, including the application of ClubCard rewards.

Handle cash responsibly and in accordance with company cash control procedures.

Actively promote the Clicks ClubCard and register new members to achieve participation targets.

Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales and enhance value perception.

Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a brand ambassador and providing a friendly, professional in-store experience.

Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping in line with store and visual merchandising guidelines.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

Support the Group’s vision of being the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living the company values.
