Job Description
Fidelity Vacanciesch – Operations Manager
Fidelity is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Cash in Transit (CIT) operations at the Rustenburg branch. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to maintaining high security and efficiency standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accreditation (minimum Grade C)
- CIT certificate
- Firearm competency with a handgun qualification (for business purposes)
- Proficiency in computer applications
- At least five years of experience in the CIT industry or a similar role (advantageous at FSG)
- CIT management or supervisory experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of HR and IR policies
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements
- Understanding of Transtrack systems
- Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Ability to work under pressure and outside standard working hours
- Clean disciplinary record
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient and secure service delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Manage staff performance, retention, and HR/IR-related matters
- Implement and uphold risk management policies
- Ensure daily administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Take responsibility for company vehicles, including maintenance, refueling, and security systems
- Monitor, prevent, and report any incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activities
- Oversee and manage CIT schedule movements during transit
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and effective use of Transtrack systems
