Job Description
The Personal Assistant provides a high-level, efficient, and confidential administrative service to the Heads of Central Buying and Engen & Africa, while also supporting extended teams as required. The role ensures seamless coordination, effective communication, and professional office management.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel arrangements, diary coordination, document preparation, email management, and call screening

Manage complex diaries effectively to ensure optimal time allocation and follow-up on key actions

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Coordinate and support events for central teams

Process accounts, petty cash, and travel reconciliations for management and team members

Order and manage stationery and office equipment

Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics

Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation

Perform general office and administrative duties to support business operations
Minimum Requirements

Three-year Secretarial Diploma or a relevant tertiary qualification

Ability to consolidate and manage strategic information and documentation effectively

Sound budgeting skills and understanding of financial processes

Confident, enthusiastic, and professional with strong interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

High level of proficiency in information systems with advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
