About the Role
The Senior Specialist Sustainability Data Reporting & Enablement supports the development and implementation of robust data and reporting solutions, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely reporting of Sustainability metrics in line with Sasol’s integrated Sustainability Development reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Sustainability reporting landscape and stay updated on regulations, frameworks, and trends, including SASB, GRI, TCFD, and CSRD.
• Promote corporate responsibility through accurate and impactful Sustainability reporting.
• Support initiatives ensuring Sasol’s compliance with Non-financial data reporting requirements.
• Engage stakeholders across the organization to advance Sasol’s Sustainability reporting agenda.
• Enable and collaborate on solutions to meet new sustainability reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the development and revision of policies supporting Non-financial data reporting.
• Formalize governance processes, controls, and procedures for managing sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
• Identify and track relevant KPIs to measure performance against sustainability risks and opportunities.
• Oversee system needs and implement fit-for-purpose data management tools for Non-financial data reporting across Sasol.
• Support risk management processes to manage sustainability-related risks and opportunities effectively.
• Prepare reports aligned with the Group Executive Committee, Board, and Sub-Committee workplans.
• Translate Non-financial data into clear narratives that enhance organizational transparency and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide Non-financial Data input for Sasol’s Integrated Report.
• Represent Sasol at relevant industry bodies.
• Guide and mentor Sustainability Data Analysts to meet group-wide reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 9 years of relevant experience in Sustainability data reporting and enablement.
