Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Maintain stock levels, ensure correct product placement, and process orders efficiently.
- Confidently navigate administration and IT systems.
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately.
- Demonstrate a love for retail and a genuine passion for pets—product training provided!
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of retail or sales experience (advantageous).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle and pack stock.
- Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Engaging, interactive, and passionate about customer service.
