Job Summary
Optimise the profit and economic value of portfolios of Growth Business key account clients by focusing on:
- Origination efforts to acquire new clients
- Cross-selling to existing clients
- Coverage efforts to service clients in alignment with the segment CVP
Job Description
Drive Financial Targets: Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by complexity.
Relationship and Service Management: Actively build strong client relationships, conduct regular client visits, and provide input into product development to enhance service delivery.
Manage Risk Assessment: Adhere to the bank’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and understanding of regulatory requirements for both the Bank and clients.
Collaboration: Continuously seek ways to improve processes, challenge the status quo, and foster a collaborative team environment through knowledge-sharing and constructive feedback.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)
