Key Responsibilities
- Vision & Strategy: Define a 3-5 year product vision for conversion, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Drive innovation through emerging technologies and data-backed insights.
- Roadmap Ownership: Prioritize and execute a dynamic product roadmap, balancing business objectives, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
- End-to-End Execution: Lead discovery, design, and delivery of product initiatives, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Customer Champion: Advocate for a seamless digital experience, aligning stakeholders and senior leadership around your vision.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics and experimentation to refine features, improve KPIs, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure scalable, cohesive product experiences across the platform.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred).
- 7+ years in product management, with 2-4 years in a leadership role (e-commerce preferred).
