Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing outbound sales teams? We are hiring a dynamic Team Leader to drive performance and accountability on a new funeral cover campaign based in Parktown. Lead with purpose, support your team, and make a measurable impact in a meaningful campaign.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead from the front: Motivate, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor and improve: Track KPIs, analyze call performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Coach for excellence: Provide side-by-side coaching, role-plays, and actionable feedback to enhance agent skills and client experience.
- Drive compliance: Ensure adherence to FAIS, TCF principles, and internal quality standards.
- Support the mission: Align your team with the campaign’s values of dignity, compassion, and community upliftment.
Non-Negotiable: What You Need to Have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Sales Supervisor in an outbound BPO call centre.
- Prior experience leading a funeral cover or insurance sales team.
- Strong track record of achieving team KPIs and driving performance.
- Matric (Grade 12) certification is required.
- Clear understanding of FAIS, benefit structures, compliance, and quality control.
- RE5 certification will be a strong advantage.
