Isuzu Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Renault New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to attract clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive consistent sales performance.
Position Overview
As a Renault New Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling personal and commercial vehicles. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting dealership offers, and facilitating test drives. You will guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
- Showcase vehicle features, specifications, and warranty details.
- Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles and purchase procedures.
- Conduct test drives, ensuring compliance with licensing and documentation requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in valuations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to provide financing and ownership solutions.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate.
- Previous Renault sales experience is advantageous.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
