Job Overview
The Net Revenue Manager plays a critical role in driving profitable revenue growth by supporting the Net Revenue Lead in the execution and tracking of pricing and mix strategies. This role focuses on promotion effectiveness, gross to net optimization, and embedding a strong PRGM mindset across the commercial organization. The Net Revenue Manager works closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution and monitoring of pricing and mix strategies to drive net revenue growth

Analyze and optimize promotional performance and gross to net initiatives

Embed PRGM principles within the broader commercial team

Collaborate closely with Finance to align commercial and financial objectives

Develop insights through holistic business planning and scenario modeling

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of revenue strategies
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Experience and Skills

Growth-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities

Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail and strong administrative discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to manage and mobilize multiple cross-functional teams

Comfortable working in complex environments with end-to-end business planning responsibilities

2 to 5 years of experience in RGM, NRR, Finance, Sales, or Category Management within FMCG

Experience with cloud-based analytical and trade promotion tools such as Nielsen, Circana, DataOrbis, or Buynomics
-
TPM or TPA experience is an advantage

Strong ability to manage workload, priorities, and deadlines effectively
