About the Program:
The Mobile Unit Team Leader plays a critical role in driving SIM strategy execution to grow VABS performance across the region. This role leads and supports mobile SIM agents to deliver strong activation results, efficient operations, and successful campaign execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive project plans in line with the SIM strategy to increase VABS performance in the region.
• Manage the daily activities and performance of Mobile SIM Agents.
• Grow and expand the number of active Mobile Agents within the region.
• Ensure Mobile Agents consistently achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Manage stock distribution to each Mobile Agent to ensure optimal efficiency and availability.
• Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and maintained on Geo Rep.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is well maintained and that the PDP driver’s license remains valid at all times.
• Coordinate, manage, and execute all network campaigns effectively.
• Lead and deliver ad hoc projects as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric qualification.
• Valid driver’s license with PDP.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and extended hours when required.
