Role Purpose
Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for queries, products, and services.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- Business-related qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience in client engagement, sales, or client service
- Proven knowledge of client engagement principles
- Exposure to the health insurance or insurance industry
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, brokers, partners).
- Understand stakeholder challenges and identify solutions to address their needs.
- Explain products and services, resolve queries, and improve satisfaction.
- Assess client satisfaction and recommend improvements.
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on business challenges and competitive threats.
- Analyze benefits, risks, and costs of proposed strategies.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities based on stakeholder insights.
- Deliver excellent service to uphold the business’s reputation.
- Resolve escalated complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Report system and process enhancements to improve stakeholder experience.
