We are looking for a driven and customer-centric Insurance Sales Agent to join The Unlimited Group. You will play a key role in expanding our business by selling Life Insurance, assessing client needs, and fostering lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of potential clients through face-to-face networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Clearly explain policy features, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product updates, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 required.
- Valid South African ID.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-driven.
