Job Description:
We need reliable and detail-oriented individuals to ensure our facilities remain pristine and comfortable. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout our assisted living residence.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Changing linens, making beds, and replenishing supplies
Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers
Collecting and disposing of trash properly
Restocking housekeeping supplies
Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management
Following health and safety regulations
Providing courteous and respectful service to residents and staff
Assisting with laundry as needed
Completing additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior housekeeping experience (advantageous but not required)
Strong attention to detail and efficiency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Willingness to work weekends or holidays as needed
Must pass a background check
