Job Description
Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Cleaners to join our team. If you take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, enjoy working in a supportive team environment, and strive to create memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms meticulously, including bed-making, vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom sanitization.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily cleaning goals.
- Follow safety and environmental guidelines while using cleaning equipment and products.
- Build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
Shift Details:
Must be available for rostered shifts between Monday and Sunday, with all shifts starting at 9:00 AM.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene excellence.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
- Physical stamina for tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable time management and task prioritization.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
