Role Purpose
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by offering tailored financial solutions. Deliver exceptional after-sales service to drive client retention, market growth, and long-term business success.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/Call Centre environment (essential)
- 2 years in insurance/financial services providing financial advice (advantageous)
- Matric or NQF 4 equivalent
- National Senior Certificate in Finance/Business Management or related qualification
- FAIS compliance and RE5 certification
- Driver’s license and own transport (desirable)
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Engage prospects to assess financial needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct affordability analyses to align solutions with client goals.
- Advise on tax and legal implications of financial products.
- Capture client data accurately on company systems.
- Complete administrative tasks and reporting within deadlines.
- Meet production, quality, and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Deliver strategic financial advice to enhance client wellness.
Client
- Resolve queries promptly within service-level agreements.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide accurate, expert advice to clients and partners.
- Report on service delivery and client targets.
- Foster trust by presenting professional, credible advisory services.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
