Role Purpose
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling financial products and providing exceptional after-sales service to drive business growth, market share, and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales/call center environments (essential)
- 2 years in insurance/financial services advising clients (advantageous)
- Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
- National Senior Certificate in Finance/Business Management or related field
- FAIS compliance and RE5 certification
- Driver’s license and own transport (preferred)
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process:
- Engage clients to highlight product benefits aligned with their financial needs.
- Conduct affordability analysis and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Advise on tax and legal implications of financial products.
- Ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and compliance with regulations.
- Meet production, quality, and conversion targets.
Client:
- Resolve client queries within service-level agreements.
- Escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Provide expert financial advice to enhance client financial wellness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and professionalism.
People:
- Foster collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Drive personal development through continuous learning and innovation.
- Support change initiatives and share expertise to elevate team performance.
Finance:
- Recommend cost-saving measures and manage company resources responsibly.
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies.
