Role Purpose
To provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the Provincial General Manager and the broader provincial team, ensuring seamless office functionality and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Matric qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior or Executive Personal Assistant
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • PA Diploma or relevant certification

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage diary scheduling and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Arrange travel logistics and prepare documentation for business trips.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, correspondence, and queries.
  • Organize meetings, events, and functions, managing logistics and budgets.
  • Provide secretarial support, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain smooth information flow within the Provincial Management Office.
  • Resolve office maintenance and supply issues promptly.
  • Escalate client complaints and queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain organized and accessible filing systems.
  • Offer expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and enhance client service standards.
  • Uphold a culture of excellence in client engagement and feedback.
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and dedication.
  • Oversee the operational efficiency of the Provincial Office.
