Job Summary
As a Client Manager, you will orchestrate processes to deliver a seamless and engaging client experience. You will drive execution by collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring client readiness for transactions, and bridging gaps between business priorities and client management. Your role will enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate, coordinate, and manage end-to-end client processes for smooth service delivery and engagement.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs), Product Sales, Operations, and other teams to resolve client issues and identify service enhancements.
- Implement a scalable, client-focused management model with tiered service differentiation while minimizing errors.
- Enhance operational efficiency by refining processes and ensuring consistency in execution.
- Support Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (CCIB) priorities by addressing gaps, advising on documentation, and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee client onboarding, due diligence, regulatory activities, and account maintenance with strict adherence to policies.
- Manage credit documentation, legal coordination, and data accuracy for client portfolios.
- Facilitate account opening and channel activation for CCIB and Business Banking clients.
- Handle past dues, excesses, and financial transactions while supporting business reviews.
- Perform static data maintenance, offboarding, and compliance updates with a focus on continuous improvement.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-10 years of banking experience in Client Due Diligence, Client Servicing, or client-facing operations.
- Knowledge of Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Risk Management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability in client management with a service-oriented approach.
