Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will:

• POD Scanning:
  • Perform daily scanning and archiving of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
  • Resolve SSC queries within 5 days.
  • Achieve a 99% scanning accuracy rate each month.
  • Follow up promptly on outstanding PODs.
  • Maintain a filing system with date format for easy retrieval during audits or queries.
  • Verify the validity of PODs and ensure invoices are properly stamped, signed, or include GRV numbers.
  • Take initiative in querying invoices from other plants as needed.
  • Provide relief for recon training and other related tasks.
• Relief & Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Act as a relief cashier for recon roles during staff shortages.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Education: Matric or a relevant qualification.
