Job Description
Role Overview
Our growing product offering has led to the development of the OUTsurance Broker Tied Agent Model. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance. This includes prospecting and canvassing for new business sales in personal and commercial lines.

Qualifications
General Requirements:
- Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.
- Own reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.
- Valid code B driver’s license.
- 3 years of external sales experience in face-to-face selling.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
For FAIS Representatives (Non-Negotiable):
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on DOFA).
- RE5 certification (depending on DOFA).
Additional Information
The OUTsurance Broker will report to the OUTsurance Broker Regional Manager and collaborate with the wider Commercial team. The ideal candidate will embody the OUTsurance values: Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate, and Recognition.
